Holy Spirit Catholic Church (9821 Frankford Ave), Lubbock, invites all women of good will, married or single, to join for the third annual “Behold” Women’s Conference on Saturday, March 8, from 9 a.m. to noon featuring speaker Jeff Schiefelbein. Catholic Foundation Grant Applications Available
The Catholic Foundation of the South Plains offers grants to churches, schools, and Catholic organizations within the Diocese of Lubbock. Grant applications are now available. Priority is given to projects that can be fully or nearly completed with a grant of $500 to $3,000. All grant applications and supporting documents must be submitted by March 31, 2025, with funding to begin June 1. Margaret Maher Scholarship
The Margaret Maher Scholarshp Foundation will award a scholarship to a deserving individual who will be attending a Catholic university in the fall. The criteria for selection will include academic achievement and financial need of the student. Applications are due by April 15, 2025.
